RENOVATIONS HAVE BEGUN!
It is with great excitement that we can finally announce that Phase 1 renovations to The TAUNY Center are underway! Workers from Continental Construction Company have begun constructing the "dust curtains" that will block off the construction areas both downstairs and upstairs. The Folkstore — with fully stocked shelves—is still open for the fake rolex business on the ground floor and the staff remains hard at work on the second floor.
Phase 1 renovations include:
• Construction of an elevator for all three floors and an accessible restroom on the first floor.
• General electrical upgrade and repairs to the first floor, including refinishing of the hardwood floor.
• Renovations to the Main Street façade, including repairs to the second-floor windows and interior storm windows.
• Repairs to the rear façade, including the construction of an accessible entrance
