Cozy Helmet Hat by Katrina Hebb, Hermon

Katrina has been knitting for three years and constructed this hat for an infant. This hat is fantastic for 6-month-olds because it keeps their ears and neck warm and can be tied under the chin so it cannot be pulled off. She used a published pattern but added texture in the form of a purled rib. Katrina hand-dyed the yarn at a dying party.
