The pattern for this hat was designed by Janet Wray and was found in Spin-Off Magazine. Vernice has been handspinning and knitting for more than 30 years. She used her own two-ply yarn spun from fiber provided for a spinning demonstration at the New York State Fair Wool Center to create the hat.
